Flusha steps down from fnatic CSGO lineup, strengthening new project rumors

Robin “flusha” Rönnquist has stepped down from the fnatic Counter-Strike roster the player and organization have revealed. fnatic stated that the now vacant spot will be used to “rejuvenate the team for the 2021 season” in their tweet announcing the move.

“Looking to the future of Fnatic CS:GO we’ve had to make some tough decisions about our roster and our legendary players,” Andreas Samuelsson, Head Coach of Fnatic CS:GO said. “Robin is an amazingly talented player and I’m sure he will find a place in a top tier team very quickly. Flusha dropping to our inactive roster opens up a place on our active roster that we will use to rejuvenate our team for the 2021 season.”

After returning to fnatic 15 months ago, Flusha is expected to be replaced by Jack “Jackinho” Ström Mattson in the active lineup.

In terms of what this means for flusha, it comes after a lineup consisting of Flusha, Timothy “autimatic” Ta, and Miikka “suNny” Kemppi was reported to be looking for an organization to represent.

This would reunited Autimatic and Flusha who competed alongside each other on Cloud9 during 2018 and 2019. There’s been no official word on this quite yet though.
