Fortnite Season 10 will come to an Epic close this weekend with an aptly named event called… The End.
Don’t worry, this is not the end of all things – as it will be swiftly followed by Fortnite Season 11 .
But that doesn’t make it any less dramatic, as there is now a doomsday clock on top of a rocket at Dusty Depot.
And time is running out, meaning the big Season X live event is imminent.
But what will happen? When will it happen?
As usual Epic Games has been quite tight-lipped about what is going to happen, but to get you up to speed, here is everything we know about The End event.
When does Fortnite The End start?
According to the countdown timers, the Fortnite Season 10 event will start on Sunday, October 13 at 7pm BST, 2pm ET or 11am PT.

What will happen during the Fortnite The End event?
As usual, the Live Event will bring Fortnite Season 10 to a close, and set the foundations for Season 11.
We don’t know much about what is going to happen, other than it being very clear it will involve The Visitor.
You will remember him as the time-travelling fella whose rocket in Season 4 created a rift in the sky.
The Visitor returned in Season 10, but is now known as The Scientist.
He began building a rocket at Dusty Depot – and we expect the rocket to launch when the countdown expires.
But there is more – characters have seemingly been infected the BRUTE mechs with some kind of virus.

This has caused them to explode as soon as they appear.
There are many theories as to what will happen – one being that the map might be completely destroyed.
This means there might be a whole new map with new locations.
Epic has also said they will be introducing Bots, or AI players, to the game.
When does Fortnite Season 11 start?
Epic Games has not yet officially confirmed when Season 11 will start.
The next season of the Battle Royale game was expected to start last week, but it was delayed.
A new season typically kicks off immediately after the previous season ends.
So while we expect Season 11 to start straight away, there have been instances where a new season follows a couple of days later.
It isn’t usual for Epic Games to end a season on a weekend either, so anything could happen.

Fortnite Season 11 Battle Pass:
As usual, we expect the Fortnite Season 11 Battle Pass to cost $9.99 (£7.60), or 950 V-Bucks.
That is the same as every other season.
There will no doubt also be a boosted version which will automatically push you up to 25 tiers. That usually costs 2,800 V-Bucks.
