A big livestream event has been announced as part of Mihoyo’s plans to release Genshin Impact 1.4.
The new update is reportedly arriving later this month but an official release date has yet to be confirmed.
That could all change this weekend during a new streaming event that will be sharing the latest on Genshin 1.4.
According to the latest news from the Chinese-based team, a new Genshin Impact livestream is being hosted on Saturday, March 6.
Like with previous events, Mihoyo is expected to host a Chinese-language stream, with another uploaded in English going live afterwards.
For now, we only know that a Genshin Impact livestream focusing on the 1.4 version of the game will be going live on March 6 at 8pm CST.
More news regarding the Genshin Impact English Livestream schedule is expected in the coming days.
And a wealth of new information regarding the game is expected to be shared during the event this weekend.
The official Genshin Impact 1.4 release date will be announced, and will also focus on new and returning character banners coming to the game.
This will include Venti and Jean, although last-minute changes and tweaks are always possible.
Genshin Impact’s Windblume Festival is also expected to be featured during the livestream event, which currently doesn’t have a runtime.
Genshin Impact share version 1.3 'All That Glitters' trailer
To watch the new Genshin Impact stream, gamers are being advised to wait until the official video is posted to the game’s official YouTube Channel.
However, the discussion will be held beforehand on miHoYo’s official Bilibili page.
The new version of the game is expected to drop mid-March, and data miners believe that Venti will be a big part of it, with Rosaria making her debut as a four-star.
This would mean a change of pace for MiHoYo and a potential slowdown in the number of new five-star characters coming to the game over the coming weeks.
However, it should be noted that this remains unconfirmed at this time, and we will have to wait for more news from the development team.
A recent Q&A with the Mihoyo team has provided further information on what new and improved features will be coming as part of Genshin 1.4.
Answering fan questions, the Genshin team confirmed that the Condensed Resin cap is being increased, alongside other improvements to the current Resin system.
Here’s what we know will be changing after the Genshin Impact 1.4 release date:
“In Version 1.4, the maximum amount of Condensed Resin that you can have at once will be increased! We will discuss this in detail during the Version 1.4 Sneak Peek Livestream.
“Resin notifications have been improved in Version 1.4. If you have Condensed Resin in your inventory when entering a Domain, you will no longer receive a notification about having insufficient Resin.
“In Version 1.3, the maximum Adventure Rank is 60. In Version 1.4, excess Adventure EXP gained after hitting Adventure Rank 60 will be converted into Mora.
And for those who recently increased their World Level to continue leveling their Adventure Rank and regret it, Mihoyo teased: “We have already created a solution.
“We will explain our plan for adjustments to all Travelers during the Version 1.4 Sneak Peek Livestream.”
