With E3 2021 taking place over the next few days, Grand Theft Auto fans will be keeping their fingers crossed for a GTA 6 reveal.

While a Grand Theft Auto 6 reveal seems unlikely, there are a couple of conferences worth checking out, just in case.

Judging by the E3 2021 line-up, a potential GTA 6 reveal would most likely take place during the Microsoft and Bethesda Showcase.

If you want to watch the event live, then the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase takes place at June 13 at 6pm BST UK time.

The 90-minute event will focus on games coming out of “Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks, and many game creators from our partners around the world”. Does this include Rockstar Games?

According to the official description, fans will also get a look at “incredible games coming to Xbox this holiday, upcoming releases on Xbox Game Pass, and much, much more”.

You can watch the action unfold live by clicking play on the YouTube video embed further down the page.

If Grand Theft Auto 6 doesn’t make an appearance during the Microsoft E3 panel, then it could be revealed during the Take-Two panel on Monday.

The Take-Two Interactive Panel will be broadcast at 6.15pm BST on June 14, so tune in then to find out more.

Of course, GTA 6 could make an appearance as part of a surprise Summer Game Fest event that’s yet to be announced.

Without any concrete information surrounding GTA 6, fans have been getting their information via leaks and rumours.

Previous rumours have suggested GTA 6 will be set in the 1970s or 1980s, and feature a single playable protagonist.

Likewise, the next Grand Theft Auto game will allegedly take place in Vice City and Rio de Janeiro.

But despite rumours that GTA 6 will take place in Vice City, Express Online readers would prefer if the action shifted to London.

In a poll with more than 3,200 votes, nearly 1,500 fans said that GTA 6 should be set in London.

That’s compared to just 720 votes for Vice City, 372 votes for Tokyo, and 336 votes for somewhere else entirely.
