How To Raise Employee Stats In ZHP: Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman

Your employees are the workforce of the world in ZHP: Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman. Starting out, they're nothing to write home about — a grocery clerk who hasn't gotten the hang of separating milk and eggs from canned foods, to use a real-life example, is not going to do their company much good. But with the proper training, that clerk can not only grasp the basics of bagging; perhaps one day they'll run that store in full.

There aren't any facilities in ZHP that correspond directly to our made-up grocery clerk metaphor, but there are veteran blacksmiths, traveling merchants, shady doctors, eager baristas, and more. Make the most of each and every employee on your roster with the Tiger's Den. Oh, and this guide.

What Is the Tiger's Den in ZHP: Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman?

The Tiger's Den is the hippest place in town. It's where the pros go. Its very inclusion as an active facility works wonders. Simply plop it down, head back out for another round of dungeon-hopping, and return to reap the rewards.

There is a bit more to it, of course. The amount of stat increase each of your employees receives directly correlates to the number of floors you complete in a given dungeon before your return. None of this is made possible unless the Tiger's Den is deployed in your base, but interestingly enough, your empowered personnel don't actually huddle together inside the building like they do with every other facility.

Rather, they stick to where you assigned them and simply sense the Tiger's Den's aura (or something, we're grasping here). This is for the best, you see, because the stats each employee improves while you're out correlate to the facility you put them in before you left. In this way, you maintain complete control over how your employees progress. It keeps the whole system rather neat and tidy; truly, you're not doing anything extra whatsoever except taking up a base slot with the Tiger's Den.

How to Raise Every Employee's Most Important Stats

This is the heart of it, the real reason for our guide. Knowing what the Tiger's Den does is an invaluable bit of knowledge, but chat around with ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman's quirky NPCs, and you'll figure it out soon enough.

But how best to go about leveling your good folks to fulfill your wildest dreams for a happy workforce? Here's where each of your pals will need to be before you're off gallivanting again with the Tiger's Den in play.

As a refresher, your employees have six stats. The more you raise them, the further their associated facilities will go, culminating in a bunch of incredibly useful structures designed from top to bottom to assist you in even the hardest content ZHP has on tap. The six stats are as follows: Battle, Healing, Info, Love, Smithing, and Transport.

We're talking a lot about each individual employee, because the Tiger's Den affects them personally, but what you'll probably be spending far more time looking at throughout your adventure is the Facility Level. This is modified per the overall levels of the employees stationed within, you see, which is why it's so important that you put the proper employees (that is to say, the ones with high stats in relevant values) in the facilities best suited to gain from them.

With all of this in mind, go forth and raise each facility's level to your heart's content. The higher, the better; the Dark Clinic's Shadowgram gains options, while the Church lets you elevate enemy levels all the way up to nine.

In fact, the number nine is a great guidepost. In most cases, you'll be looking at a modifier that ranges from one to nine levels. Whether that means summoning Wife's Lunchbox or activating cannons, it's certain to help. The former gives you back some precious energy (up to 100 percent with Devoted Lunchbox status!) while the latter lets you obliterate everything in a particularly troublesome stage. If you can do either of these things a full nine times, the Unlosing Ranger is in prime position to truly earn that moniker.
